What Is The Best Way To Schedule With You?

I am currently only booking via email. It can take me a couple months to get back to you. Thank you so much for your patience. I am trying to only book a month or two at a time. Since I am only booking 1-2 months in advance, I start responding to emails when I'm filling the upcoming slots. When you email, it might take me a while to get back to you but consider yourself on my wait-list.

VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: When you send an email please include subject matter, placement, size, budget and reference pics. The more information you give me the faster the process goes. I AM NO LONGER RESPONDING TO EMAILS THAT DO NOT HAVE THE NECESSARY INFORMATION TO BOOK. Again, it's not personal, it's just time consuming to go back and forth to gather the basic information that is needed to book. Thank you for understanding. I do not respond to facebook or instagram messages. This is NOT personal, it’s just impossible for me to stay organized through social media and many of the messages I don’t see.

I will give you my full attention while you are in the studio. In order to accomplish an intentional space I ask that you do not bring guests to your appointment. If you are traveling with a friend, I’m happy to give recommendations to them of local attractions to explore but they are not able to hang out in the tattoo room while we work.

When Will I See The Drawing For My Tattoo?

With custom work I usually draw the night before or morning of the appointment. This means you will not see a drawing in advance. At your appointment you are welcome to make changes. A lot of changes may result in having to reschedule the appointment. I would love to get everyone drawing in advance but it is simply not possible. Thank you for the trust and flexibility.

I’m always interested in tattooing my flash, skulls, large full flowers like peonies/roses, western themed, plants or foliage featuring 1-2 elements, sacred hearts, lady heads, bugs, barbed wire, heavy black concepts, American traditional inspired designs.

I’m wanting to limit busy or complicated compositions, mandalas, several wildflowers in a tattoo, arm bands, color work, or anything that doesn’t align with my style.

What’s Up With Flash?

A flash tattoo is a design that I have drawn that is available to be tattooed. I always prioritize booking my flash. I do not repeat flash designs (unless clearly marked repeatable) so when you get my flash tattooed, you are the only person wearing it. I have examples of what I have available on my Instagram story highlights but I have many more designs available in my book at the studio. A flash design is a great option for someone that is NOT looking for something specific, likes my work and is willing to get something without knowing what all the designs are. Flash tattoos are not available for cover-ups. I take a $100 non-refundable deposit to book a flash appointment. If you chose not to get tattooed, you forfeit the deposit. When you get tattooed the deposit is applied to the cost of the tattoo. Flash ranges in price from $200-$800.

Studio Guidelines

*We have 1 bad and 1 good chihuahua with us at the studio. If this doesn’t work for you, please reach out and let me know. I’m happy to leave them at home if there’s any issue.

*Masks are optional at this time. I am happy to wear one and we can decide together at your appointment if we wear one or not.

*I ask that you come alone to your appointment. I want to create a space where I can fully focus on you and your tattoo. To creat intentional space I ask that you do not bring guests to your appointment.

*PLEASE reach out if you are not feeling well in any way. As long as you let me know you are sick it will not affect your deposit even if its within the 48hr time limit. I’m very flexible with this. I will do the same for you. I will reschedule your appointment if I am not feeling well.

*If you arrive at your appointment visibly ill, we will not be able to tattoo and you will forfeit your deposit. Rescheduling might not be an option.

*Feel free to bring snacks, drinks, a blanket, slippers whatever you need to be comfortable during your tattoo

What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?

The studio is CASH ONLY. This policy is based on the studio’s belief system in reducing debt. We do not want clients signing up for something they can’t afford and being in debit to credit cards. We don’t want you to feel pressured to get something that is finically unrealistic for you. I am always available to talk about a budget. I want to know what is a manageable budget for you and try to work within that number.

If you are interested in large scale projects I highly recommend having a substantial amount of the cost saved before reaching out to start the project. Large scale work is expensive and requires multiple sessions. I need clients looking for this work to be able to commit to monthly sessions until completion. It keeps the vision fresh and the tattoo aging consistently.

 Do You Take Deposits?

A DEPOSIT is a Down Payment for a Tattoo. A Deposit is required once you have a confirmed appointment. Please do not purchase a deposit before I have asked you for one. The deposit locks in a date/time on my calendar for you to receive your Tattoo. Your deposit MUST be made within 24hrs of booking the tattoo appointment. Your deposit gets the process started for me to design your custom tattoo. I do not charge for drawing time. Your deposit shows your commitment to honor your appointment day/time. Also, to complete your tattoo in a timely manner.

  • Deposits are required for all appointments.

  • Deposits are $100

  • This deposit comes off the price of your LAST Tattoo session.

  • Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE

  • Deposits are not to purchase the artwork itself. Deposit does Not give you the permission to use my artwork for logos, shirt designs or any commercial use, for profit or hobby.

You will FORFEIT your Deposit

  • If you decide not to get tattooed.

  • If you are visibly sick at your appointment.

  • You change the design/subject matter.

  • If you are a NO CALL, NO SHOW or CANCEL without 48 hours notice, you will need to put down another deposit to reschedule, you will lose your deposit

  • If you show up more than 15 Minutes Late, without notice.

  • If you need to reschedule your appointment, your deposit will continue to be applied to your final tattoo session provided that you give 48 hours advanced notice. You will lose the deposit with 2 reschedules.

  • If 1 year goes by without a scheduled appointment, you forfeit your deposit.

  • If you reschedule more than 2x you will lose your deposit and potentially the option to reschedule.

How Much Do You Charge?

I charge by the piece for flash. My hourly rate for custom tattoos Is $150/hr. I do not do estimates over the phone. When we are discussing your idea please let me know what your budget is. I'm am down to work with in a price point. The studio is CASH ONLY there are ATMS nearby but please plan accordingly.

If I am traveling for a guest spot or a convention I charge $200/hr. I have to increase my rate to cover the expenses of travel. My deposit policy and cash only still applies.

*I cannot tattoo you if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. It is a health risk to yourself and baby.

*I do not tattoo anyone under the age of 18

*If you have a sunburn or damaged healing skin

*If you are under the influence

*If you are sick, please reschedule your appointment if you are not feeling well.

Where Are You Located?

I am currently based out of a private tattoo studio shared with my husband, Buck Miller, in beautiful uptown Butte, MT. Since it is a private studio we do not have hours open to the public. Please do not come by the studio without an appointment. For consultations or any inquiry please contact me to schedule a time to meet up.

We love Butte so much and are grateful to be a part of this vibrant community. Thank you so much for the support.
